This required first step for all coaching packages is also available as a stand-alone session for anyone desiring clarity or exploring whether Story Work, Art Journaling, or Mentoring is a good fit for them.

Cost of a single coaching session is $95.

Gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how you relate to others by exploring your story in this package designed for adults brand new to Story Work.

 As a Story Work life coach, I offer a safe space of kindness and compassion in which to engage your narrative with integrity. I hold Certificates in Narrative Focused Trauma Care (Levels 1 and 2 and Externship)  through The Allender Center along with additional training through Art of Living Counseling which took me into my own story so that I can step with you into yours. The Adult Story Exploration is an all-inclusive 12-session package with options for continued work and follow-up care upon completion. 

Cost of this 12-session adult package is $1,125. This includes a $95 initial consultation fee that is subtracted from the total should you choose to move forward. There is no obligation to move forward after the initial consultation. The remaining balance of $1030 is invoiced at the beginning of your 12-week package.  

This coaching is for clients already familiar with and desiring Allender-Center Specific Story Work Coaching or who have completed the Adult Story Exploration Package with me. If you are brand new to Story Work, select the Adult Story Exploration Package.

Cost of the Adult Story Work Coaching 5-session package is $450. Multiple packages may be purchased consecutively for ongoing Story Work Coaching.

When words fail, images speak. Gain a deeper understanding of yourself using words and images found in magazines. This 5 session, in-person package uses the listen, lean in, learn, create model. Spend time creating followed by guided reading and reflection to discover more of your story using drawing, images, words or phrases. I provide a safe space of kindness and compassion to sort out what is going on inside and find language for where care is needed.

Cost of the Private Art Journaling Package is $300.

Following completion of this package, additional single sessions are offered for ongoing processing and self-care for $60/session.

Bring your desire for care and growth to an attuned listener and guide. I provide in-person, virtual, and telephone mentoring to help you explore your current situation and to clarify how you desire to move forward. As a story-based mentor and life coach, I walk with you through the process of change until you are confident to step out alone.

This package is custom-created based on individual need and support.
